Adrienne Andisheh
Founder & CEO | She/Her

Sounding Point founder Adrienne Andisheh is a seasoned marketing and communications leader with over 20 years of industry experience and a proven track record in brand building, strategic planning, and audience development. Known for her fresh, modern, and multidimensional approach, she brings creativity and precision to every project she undertakes.
With a distinctive background in both artistic and executive leadership, Adrienne brings a rare, holistic perspective to the performing arts landscape. She has spearheaded transformative campaigns and initiatives for leading arts organizations, seamlessly aligning mission-driven storytelling with innovative, long-term growth strategies. Adrienne approaches every project with passion and purpose. She believes that authentic connection, inclusive collaboration, and thoughtful engagement are the cornerstones of sustainable success.
In her free time, Adrienne enjoys traveling, playing chamber music with friends, and spending time with her fur babies – most often with an iced coffee in close proximity.

With her unique background in performance and running for-profit companies, Adrienne brings an innate understanding of both sides of the performing arts world to her projects, spearheading audience development initiatives and long-term stratagems for some of today’s leading performing arts organizations. She strives to bring enthusiasm, authenticity and heart to all of her projects, with the cornerstones of progress, expansion and inclusion in mind, and believes that with community and collaborative synergy, anything can be accomplished.
In her free time, Adrienne enjoys playing chamber music with friends, drinking iced coffee, and spending time with her fur babies.

TJ Sclafani
Communications & Outreach Manager | He/Him

TJ is the Communications & Outreach Manager at Sounding Point. Originally from New York/New Jersey, he has previously worked in the marketing and communications departments of the NY Phil, Voices of Ascension, See-A-Dot Music Publishing, the Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University, and Dramatists Play Service.
Specializing in marketing and communications for arts organizations, TJ has had the pleasure of working with numerous clients through Sounding Point, including the LA Phil, the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts, the Younes and Soraya Nazarian Center for the Performing Arts, Opera Parallèle, and LACO, among others. Before his career in communications, TJ taught music to K-5 students at West Creek Academy in Santa Clarita, CA, and also served as an AmeriCorps Scholar in 2018, where he taught beginning music and music production to students in Los Angeles.
TJ received his MFA in music composition from CalArts and his BFA from NYU. In his free time, TJ likes hiking with his girlfriend, trying new cuisines around Los Angeles, and making music with his friends and colleagues.

TJ is the Communications & Outreach Manager at Sounding Point. Meghan Smith
Operations Administrator | She/Her

Meghan has over 15 years of experience as a project manager and event producer, creating successful and memorable programs for clients across the entertainment, sports, and political industries. Her focus on promoting brand awareness while engaging authentically with audiences has brought her to Sounding Point, where she is working on partnerships and grassroots campaigns.
After moving to Los Angeles in 2012, Meghan spent 8 years at FOX Studios working on corporate meetings and special events including the Super Bowl, the Daytona 500, and FOX Upfronts. As well as various premiere parties for FX shows like Sons of Anarchy, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, and American Horror Story. A career highlight, Meghan was the Coordinating Producer for the Red Carpet & Media Center for The Emmys from 2019-2022. More recently, Meghan has contracted roles with Amazon MGM Studios and Paramount, supporting their programs at MIPCOM and CinemaCon, respectively.
In her free time Meghan enjoys trips to Disneyland, practicing her embroidery, and rewatching Lord of the Rings (extended cuts, obviously).
